SEGRO plc (“ SEGRO ”), in its capacity as venture capital advisor to the joint venture SEGRO European Logistics Partnership (“ SELP ”), announces the launch and pricing of a green bond issue 8-year senior unsecured amount of 500 million euros for SELP. The bonds were valued at 90 basis points above euro mid-swaps and have an annual coupon of 0.875 percent.
The proceeds of the issuance will be primarily used to finance and / or refinance qualifying green projects as stated under the SEGRO Green Funding Framework, including the Continuing Development Program, as well as to provide general purpose funding of the business.
